Jim Neaylon - Founder

Jim founded Neaylon Insurance in 1985. Over the past 30 years, Jim has been instrumental in helping families and small to mid-size businesses identify their overall goals of insurance and finding customizing solutions to meet their needs. Specialties include employee benefits such as group medical, dental, long-term care, life and disability insurance, and voluntary employee insurance. Additional specialties include executive compensation, business ownership, key person insurance, and retirement plans. Before creating Neaylon Insurance, Jim worked as a broker at Corroon & Black. He was a member of The Travelers' Group School and The Traveler's key accounts sales teams in the Milwaukee and Chicago field offices.  Jim and his wife, Suzanne, reside in Lincoln Park. Outside of work,  Jim enjoys swimming and stays busy while volunteering as an active member of several non-profit boards.  Jim is a graduate of Lake Forest College and New Trier High School.

 

James Neaylon - Associate

 

James joined Neaylon Insurance in 2015 and supports Jim in the day-to-day operations. He enjoys fostering long-term relationships and trying to understand and meet the unique life insurance needs of individuals and families. James attended Southern Illinois University. When James is not working, you might find him at the gym training. He is an avid endurance athlete, including completing an Ironman and numerous marathons and triathlons. James graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a major in political science.

Maribel Tavizon - Associate

 

Maribel began supporting Neaylon Insurance in 2017 to assist with bi-lingual open enrollment services and bi-lingual marketing support. Maribel has management experience in the packaged goods industry. Maribel lives in Aurora with her daughter.  Maribel is a native of Durango, Mexico and she enjoys cooking, music and spending time with her family.
